Strategic Action 3.2: Student Voice & Agency

Enhance student voice and agency to put students' experiences at the heart of decision-making in classrooms, schools, and divisional systems.

Empowering Student Input

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is committed to embedding student voice at every level. Through divisional committees like the GSA and Student Advisory, students regularly provide feedback on key policies, sharing their experiences to shape a more inclusive and responsive educational system. This ensures that decisions reflect the needs of those they impact most.

Co-creating Success

We are centering student voice in individualized planning by actively involving students in conferences with their caregivers. This collaborative approach focuses on celebrating accomplishments and co-creating growth plans, making students partners in their own educational journey and fostering a sense of ownership and agency.
